Using our website and services
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials private, and use the website only for lawful purposes. We may restrict access where misuse, fraud, abuse, or a security risk is reasonably suspected.
Prices, orders and payments
Current prices and availability confirmed by our server or staff are authoritative. A browser display or payment request is not proof of payment. An order, membership, or service is confirmed only after the applicable payment is verified and the business transaction is finalized. We do not currently promise automatic recurring billing.
Memberships and gym access
Membership duration, start date, renewal and access depend on the selected package and a confirmed payment or other approved settlement. Renewing an active membership should extend the valid period under the applicable package rules. Membership access may be paused for safety, misconduct, non-payment, or breach of gym rules.
Health and safety
Exercise involves risk. Tell staff about relevant health conditions, use equipment as instructed, and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate. Stop exercising and request help if you feel unwell. Our guidance does not replace medical care.
Products and extra services
Descriptions are provided in good faith, but colour, packaging and availability may vary. Inspect delivered products promptly. Service appointments and digital or extra services may have separate scheduling, cancellation, and usage conditions disclosed before purchase.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, upload harmful content, or impersonate another person. Website text, branding, photographs and media belong to Amazing Fitness Gym or their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission.
Privacy, liability and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. To the extent permitted by Tanzanian law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or events outside reasonable control; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the revision date.
